May & Oct. $1,250
Rates are for one week Saturday 3PM until the following Saturday at 10AM.
Rates are for six (6) over the age of four (4). Additional persons are $140/week.
Dog(s) are welcome with prior approval (limit of 2) with $40 charge per dog.
Rates are subject to 9% Maine lodging tax. Security deposit is required.
